1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of OÜ 100 Aastase Kana Inkubaator ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
We provide programming education services for children and teenagers, including but not limited to:
- Programming courses and workshops
- STEM and robotics education
- Online and in-person instruction
- Educational materials and resources
3. Enrollment and Registration
Eligibility: Our services are designed for children and teenagers aged 8-18 years. Parent or guardian consent is required for all enrollments.
Registration Process: Enrollment requires completion of our registration form and payment of applicable fees. Enrollment is subject to class availability and our acceptance.
Waiting Lists: If a course is full, students may be placed on a waiting list and notified if space becomes available.
4. Payment Terms
Course Fees: All course fees must be paid in full before the start of classes unless alternative payment arrangements have been made.
Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as specified during enrollment.
Late Payments: Late payments may result in suspension from classes until payment is received.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Student:
- More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee
- 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before course start: No refund
Cancellation by Company: If we cancel a course, students will receive a full refund or credit toward another course.
6. Student Conduct and Expectations
Students are expected to:
- Attend classes regularly and punctually
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
- Complete assignments and participate actively
- Follow safety guidelines and classroom rules
- Use technology and equipment responsibly
7. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities
Parents and guardians are responsible for:
- Ensuring timely attendance and pickup
- Providing accurate contact and medical information
- Supporting student learning at home
- Communicating any concerns or special needs
8. Intellectual Property
All course materials, curriculum, and educational content are the intellectual property of OÜ 100 Aastase Kana Inkubaator. Students may use materials for personal learning but may not redistribute or commercialize them.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such collection and processing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OÜ 100 Aastase Kana Inkubaator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
11. Health and Safety
We maintain a safe learning environment. Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect their child's participation.
12. Changes to Courses
We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors as necessary. Students will be notified of any significant changes in advance.
13. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Estonian courts.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in English or Estonian.
15. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
